UMID M1 is the latest MID that using 4.8-inch with 1024×600 pixel resolution. The UMID M1 features 1.1GHz/1.3GHz Intel Atom (Silverthorne) processor, 512GB/1GB of RAM, 32GB SSD, 1.3 megapixels camera and also support WiBro, HSDPA, WiMAX, Wi-fi, Bluetooth, USB port, and SD/USIM card slot at weight only 315g.
The UMID M1 will be available with Windows XP/Vista/Linux OS on February 20.

Wow…those are some pretty decent stats…looks like it would be kinda awkward to type on, but the screen resolution is quite impressive for such a small screen. Still don’t really see a big use for devices like this given the cheap price that devices like the EEE and AspireOne can be had. But to each their own.
